With the majority of the story being told from his perspective, he always managed to put a comedic tone on things and is the only normal person in the SOS Brigade, so I was able to relate to him and really get into the story right away. With his witty and memorable dialogue, he made even the most boring of situations interesting. The show just wouldn't have been the same for me without a character like him around. And being voiced by Crispin Freeman was a plus.

Kyon is my favourite too for the same reasons. It's funny how he just takes everything that happens in stride despite just being a relatively normal person himself. His commentary on the events as they unfold is always great. I loved this bit of the movie.

Then Kyon for obvious humor and narrator reasons Then Tsuruya for her friendliness and laughter Finally Haruhi is pretty awesome herself, just too...obvious maybe? I like Yuki as well, she plays key roles. And she probably the most resourceful as well as smartest. but overall Mirkuru Asahina take my fav I think
